Terms of Service

  1. Subject of the Agreement
    We provide the service of selling short shifters, products designed to improve gear shifting in motor vehicles.

  2. Order Fulfillment
    Orders are fulfilled within up to 7 business days from payment confirmation. For products made to individual order, the fulfillment time may be extended, about which the Customer will be informed.

  3. Warranty
    We provide a lifetime warranty on our short shifters covering material and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, use inconsistent with the instructions, or product modifications.

  4. Complaints
    Complaints can be submitted at any time by contacting us via email at nxshift.contact@gmail.com. After a positive consideration of the complaint, we provide repair or replacement of the product.

  5. Liability
    We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation or use of the product inconsistent with the instructions.
