Refund policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. To exercise the right of return, please inform us of your decision via email: nxshift.contact@gmail.com.

The returned item must show no signs of use and should be sent back in its original condition, in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund will be processed no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.
